• Be Kind : it doesn’t cost a penny to be kind. every person you meet is a universe in itself, you have no idea what they’re going through. go a step further and make this a better place to live in.

• Don’t Take Things Too Seriously : life is too short to be taken seriously. it’ll be over in an instant. have fun until you’re at it, make mistakes, get embarrassed, learn from it, and become a better human in the process.

• Be High Agency : move as if your life depends on it. get rid of nonsense excuses and do what’s right for you. want to make six-pack abs? workout like you have just 3 months to get results in. want to make your startup work? work like you have just one month of burn in money left. MOVE WITH URGENCY!

• Being Thoughtful is Sexy : making an effort does not make you weak; it shows you care. if your brother likes 2 spoons of sugar in his coffee instead of 1, make sure to have it when you make one for him.

• Be Unapologetically Selfish : it’s not a contradiction to being kind or thoughtful. you can be all of that while still protecting your time and energy from unwarranted people/things around you.

• Have First Principles Thinking : be incredibly curious about everything around you. make sure you don’t build up on assumptions. understand everything from the ground up, and don’t skip the basics!
